Our bespoke products are lovingly handcrafted and made to measure.
Unfortunately our online shop is not open permanently.
Due to the high order volume, we only have a certain order quota per month. Once this has been reached, unfortunately we will not be able to accept any more orders for that month.
As a result, we continue to guarantee our exceptional quality and short delivery times.
We always open the online shop on the 1st of each month and look forward to your order.
Besides that we are available for you daily as usual by email or phone, and look forward to receiving your message.
Shipping
We deliver our jewelry worldwide, exclusively insured with Deutsche Post DHL and of course in neutral packaging.
We also ship to packing stations.
After the shipment, you will receive an e-mail from us with the parcel number of your shipment so that you can follow the route online.
The shipping costs will be listed as a separate charge at the end of the order transaction.
Prices
All prices are final prices (including German VAT).
We calculate the VAT of the respective EU country
Delivery within Germany by DHL - 8, - Euro
Delivery within Europe by DHL - 20,00 Euro
Delivery outside Europe by DHL - 20,00 - 40,00 Euro (depends on DHL shipping zone)
Delivery times
The delivery time for our hand-made jewellery is currently 2-3 weeks.
Appointmment Delivery
Please let us know the desired delivery date. We try to keep this appointment if possible.
Express production
We guarantee a goods issue within one week after receipt of payment. For this service, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge of 10% of the order value.
